This Shipping Policy explains how Snehdhara processes and delivers orders placed through our website.
Serviceable areas
We currently deliver only to selected pincodes. Enter your six-digit pincode on the checkout page to confirm whether delivery is available in your area. An order can be placed only after the pincode is verified.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed after they are submitted. An order is not considered accepted until it has been approved by Snehdhara. We may contact you using the mobile number or email address provided at checkout to confirm the order or delivery details.
Delivery time
Delivery timing depends on the destination, product availability, order volume, and local delivery conditions. We will communicate the expected delivery schedule after the order is confirmed. Sundays, public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Delivery charges and payment
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Orders placed through the website are currently payable by cash on delivery unless we communicate another payment method to you.
Correct delivery information
Please provide a complete address, correct pincode, city, active mobile number, and any useful landmark. Snehdhara is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
Receiving your order
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order. If the package appears damaged, leaking, opened, or incorrect at delivery, notify the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is inaccessible, or the contact number cannot be reached, we may attempt to contact you or reschedule. Re-delivery may be subject to availability and additional charges.
